How do I upload my photos?
Simply tap the upload icon in the app and select photos from your device's gallery. The app will automatically extract GPS and date data to place them on your timeline. Please ensure your photos contain this metadata before uploading.
My photos aren't showing up on the map. What's wrong?
Photos must contain valid GPS coordinates to be placed on a map. If your photos don't appear, check your device's camera settings to ensure location services were enabled when the photos were taken. Photos without GPS data cannot be mapped.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
You can delete your account from your profile settings in the app. This action is irreversible and will permanently delete all your uploaded photos, timelines, and profile information from our servers within 30 days. Please note that public content may be cached by third parties beyond our control.
I've lost my data. Can you restore it for me?
As per our Terms of Service, we are not responsible for data loss. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of all uploaded data. We are unable to restore any lost or deleted data.
